Performance Elite is a USA-Track & Field-sanctioned team will be offering summer “meet ups” and weight training session appropriate for freshman and above, preparing for the 2026/2027 Cross & Track season. - Note: this is only a meet up club and not affiliated with Campo Cross Country. 

MISSION:

Performance Elite Summery “Meet Up” is designed to balance base conditioning with a fun, positive environment. Athletes are encouraged to develop at their own pace. Summer Meet Ups will provide the chance to test fitness with fun time trial events a variety of running location around the Mesa/Gilbert/ Queen Creek area. At the same time, all athletes will benefit from focused training on the biomechanics of running, form improvement, aerobic development, and strength work—all essential foundations for success in track and field. These meet ups are about building confidence, skills, and performance in a supportive setting.

Why is this Free?

Summertime is typically my time to just take it easy and have fun - The ability to just go out and run with my athletes with out coach specific planning provides that relaxed environment. Athletes wanting to participate with me are basically meeting me on my normal running time & doing what ever I have planned for the day . So that said - I do not charge to meet ups.

Summer Run Club (High School Runners)

Join our Summer Run Club—a fun, supportive environment for high school athletes to stay consistent, build fitness, and connect with other runners. Whether you're preparing for cross country or just looking to stay active, this group is designed to keep you motivated all summer long.

  • Free to Join: There is no cost to meet up and run.

  • Who Can Participate: Open to high school runners and incoming 8th graders (minimum age requirement).

  • Family Friendly: Siblings are welcome to attend.

  • Parent Involvement: Parents are encouraged to join the run or ride a bike alongside the group.

    A liability waiver will be required for participation - please return to jenniffermccann@gmail.com

Note: There is a cost for the the 4 week weight room/ camp - The coaches running the camp are graciously allowing me to utilize their camp to work in our runners who may otherwise not have weight room usage or know what they should be doing -

Weight room times that I will be working Distance specific conditioning will be M-Th Session 1 (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM) - Please see QR code for sign up - (note if no one signs up I will cancel this option - the weight room camp runs from June 1 - June 25)

Professional Services:

Athletes seeking individualized support are welcome to request services such as mental performance consultations, personalized nutrition plans, and tailored training guides, Performance Optimization labs/supplements. Feel free to meet with me to discuss those options.

These services are designed to support the whole athlete and can be offered within a reasonable and customizable budget based on the athlete’s needs. ** Contact me for Pricing on personalized plans.
