Summer Running Club - All Inclusive
The Summer Running Club is a supplemental training program designed for middle and high school athletes looking to build their base mileage, improve fitness, and stay motivated during the off-season. Whether you're already part of a school or club team, this inclusive program offers a unique opportunity to train alongside runners from different teams and communities, helping to broaden your network and perspective as an athlete.
Training sessions primarily take place Monday-Saturday in the morning. - lift session can be accommodated..
Our sessions are structured around the essential components of a strong cross-country base phase—easy runs, strides, hills, tempo efforts, and recovery work—while keeping the atmosphere fun, collaborative, and social. Athletes will experience a variety of training styles and coaching cues to enhance their development, prevent burnout, and build confidence heading into the fall season.
The club is perfect for any student-athletes looking to stay accountable, explore new training environments, and enjoy the camaraderie of a team without competing obligations. Whether you're an experienced runner or building consistency for the first time, the Summer Running Club provides the tools, structure, and encouragement to help you get stronger, faster, and more prepared—no matter which team jersey you wear in the fall.
