Re-charge Healing from the Inside Out
Guided PEMF therapy providing faster, more precise healing for chronic and acute health & injuries

Electrons Plus (E+) offers a next-generation, guided pulsed electromagnetic frequency (PEMF) therapy system designed to stimulate healing at the cellular level. This technology helps restore cellular energy, speed tissue repair, reduce pain, and improve function. What makes E+ unique is its “guided” approach: As a human, performing & manual reflex/stretch sessions, I will be able to feel and see tissue response in real time, allowing more accurate targeting and better outcomes. Many clients see results after just 1–3 sessions.

Conditions Currently Treating

With the use of specialized techniques I have created through a variety of training in: neurofascial reset, sports injury, performance movement, human physiology, reflexology, and corrective stretching & exercises. I can assist clients who have been dealing with long-term pain, as well as those who just need faster results, so they can get back to sports or work due to an acute injury.

  • Acute injuries - sprains, bruises, muscle pull, shin splints

  • Chronic Issues - nerve entrapment, muscle weakness /imbalances, range of motion issues, achilles, plantar, hip, neck/ hips, old surgeries, or fractures, bone spurs, nerve damage, circulation, and/or compartment syndrome

  • Scar Treatment (post-surgical, C-Section, burns, bites, wounds)

  • Vagus Nerve stim for wellness, anxiety, headaches, digestion, etc (treatment on a case-by-case basis as it can have detoxifying effects on the body)

  • HSA/FSA may be able to be applied for some cases

What is a Session Like?

Electrons Plus delivers guided electromagnetic energy to restore balance at the cellular level. The therapy reduces inflammation, promotes quicker recovery, and feels like a deep massage; it’s essentially a reinvention of a supercharged EMS/ TENS treatment.

Key Benefits:

  • Decreases pain and inflammation

  • Increases range of motion and flexibility

  • Promotes faster functional recovery

  • Reduces muscle loss after surgery or injury

  • Improves circulation and tissue repair

  • Enhances capillary growth and nerve regeneration

  • Induces deep relaxation and parasympathetic activation

NASM Stretch and Flexibility Coaching

As a NASM Certified Stretch and Flexibility Coach, I specialize in helping clients enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent injury through targeted flexibility programs. Using evidence-based techniques from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I design personalized stretching plans tailored to each client’s goals, posture, and movement patterns.

Each session begins with a comprehensive flexibility assessment to identify tightness, imbalance, or range-of-motion limitations. From there, I create a customized plan that blends static, dynamic, and assisted stretching techniques to improve movement efficiency and overall performance. Whether you’re an athlete seeking recovery support or an individual looking to move and feel better, my sessions focus on restoring balance, reducing muscle tension, and enhancing long-term mobility.

NASM Certified Personal Training

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I specialize in creating individualized fitness programs designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall performance. Using evidence-based methods from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I tailor each training plan to meet your unique goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.

PT sessions begin with a comprehensive assessment to evaluate posture, movement, and muscular balance. From there, I develop a progressive plan that integrates strength training, corrective exercise, and conditioning to enhance performance, prevent injury, and promote sustainable results. Whether you’re training for athletic performance, improved mobility, or overall wellness, my programs focus on functional movement, proper technique, and measurable progress to help you move, feel, and perform at your best.

USATF Certified Track & Field Coaching

As a USATF Certified Track and Field Coach with over 30 years of experience training runners, I specialize in optimizing performance through advanced knowledge of running kinetics, mobility, gait, and form mechanics. My coaching approach combines biomechanical analysis with structured training programs to help athletes improve efficiency, speed, and endurance while reducing injury risk.

Each session is tailored to the athlete’s individual needs—focusing on technique refinement, mobility development, and sport-specific strength to support high-level performance goals. Whether working with youth, recreational, or competitive runners, I emphasize education, consistency, and accountability in every phase of training. As a SafeSport-credentialed coach, I provide a supportive, professional, and safe environment that empowers athletes to reach their full potential on and off the track.

Performance Recovery with Electron Plus

As a certified performance and movement specialist, I use the Electron Plus system to enhance recovery, reduce pain, and accelerate healing for athletes and active clients. This advanced device combines pulsed electromagnetic frequency (PEMF) and electrical stimulation to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote deep muscular relaxation—helping clients move more efficiently and recover faster.

By pairing Electron Plus sessions with my background in running kinetics, mobility, and biomechanics, I target specific problem areas such as tight fascia, chronic muscle tension, and movement restrictions. The result is improved range of motion, reduced soreness, and faster tissue repair. This tool is especially effective for runners or individuals managing overuse injuries, post-training fatigue, or chronic pain, providing a non-invasive solution that complements stretching, corrective exercise, and performance training.

Contraindications and Safety Information

While PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) Therapy is safe and non-invasive for most individuals, there are specific conditions where its use is not recommended. Because electromagnetic fields can interact with electrical systems, it’s important to review the following guidelines before starting treatment.

Absolute Contraindications

PEMF therapy should not be used by anyone with implanted electronic medical devices, as electromagnetic fields may interfere with their function. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pacemakers

  • Implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs)

  • Insulin pumps

  • Cochlear implants

  • Intrathecal pumps

  • Spinal cord stimulators

For safety, all electronic items such as cell phones, smart watches, and key fobs should be removed from the treatment area while the device is in use.

Metal hardware such as surgical screws, rods, or joint replacements do not pose a problem, as they do not contain electronic components.

Medical Precautions

Individuals with known heart conditions should avoid PEMF therapy unless cleared by their healthcare provider. There is ongoing debate regarding PEMF use in patients with cardiac concerns, and caution is advised.

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before beginning therapy to ensure it is appropriate for you.

Possible Temporary Side Effects

  • Mild aching or soreness in the treated area due to increased circulation (typically resolves within 24–48 hours)

  • In rare cases, the therapy may accelerate the body’s natural detox or healing response, which can temporarily increase fatigue or mild discomfort

  • In areas with known infections or abscesses, PEMF may increase the rate at which infection drains from tissue; therefore, therapy should be used with caution in these cases
